The Committee Members also geared
the reports of the representatives of the ministries of Finance, Transport
Chairman of Zaporizhia City Council Evehen Kartashov.
In the course of the sitting it was declared that the construction of the motor highway in Zaporizhia city is implemented though there is no final decision on the part of the Cabinet of Ministers, State Service of Motorways regarding the assignment of the whole national status to the road. Hence, the Court of Auditors representative emphasised the term of setting into operation of the highway was broken down and delayed (December 2009), the object became a building whose construction seems lasting for years that have formed the conditions for the increase of the estimated cost in three times approximately and now it comprises round UAH 4,4 billion.
The Committee members resolved to address the Committee on Budget maters with the appeal to allocate in the year 2010 necessary funds from the State Budget for the building of Dnipro river in Zaporizhia city at the necessary rate of UAH 1,4 billion.
